Refund Policy

We do everything possible to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We have an authentication process that ensures that the products delivered to you are of high quality.

 

We will provide a full refund/credit note based on the conditions listed below:

Return & Refund Policy

  1. you received a defective item;

  2. the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;

  3. the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

  4. Desired product(s) are sold out

  5. The indicated delivery destination is not within our shipping zones

 If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above, you can return the product for a full refund/credit note or exchange. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging in an unused state. Please keep the receipt as emailed to you or was contained inside your package.

Our return and refund policy states all Items should be returned within 3 working days

 

To complete your return, we shall verify the correct details on our end then facilitate the exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your M-Pesa account or original method of payment, within a maximum of 5 working days.

Sale Items 

Items on sale are non refund and able.

Exchanges (if applicable)
